
For the first time ever, I’m opening private group and one-on-one coaching for midlife women who are ready to feel strong, steady, and deeply confident in this chapter of their lives
Not a crisis. Not a breaking point. Just a steady sense that the way you’ve been caring for your body no longer feels quite right. You’ve always been someone who takes responsibility. You show up. You follow through. You do your best with the information you have. And yet, lately, your body feels harder to read.
What once felt simple now feels uncertain. The effort feels heavier. The feedback feels inconsistent. That doesn’t mean you’re doing anything wrong. It means your body is changing, and it’s asking for a new kind of relationship. One built on understanding instead of force. Presence instead of pressure. This season of life is not asking you to try harder. It’s asking you to lead differently.

We don't realize the positive effect we can have on others just by being our best selves. I've loved watching your journey and have benefited so much from it, and you've shown that there's really no secret to it. It's hard work, dedication, grit, consistency and repetition. Even this last week I had such a down week and I could hear you in my ear...keep going, it's a lifelong commitment, you'll get through this etc. And I DID!! I love that you are allowing women our age to see the light.
